Safety and Training

The health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are our first priority.

-

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the global community, we want to outline the steps we have taken to ensure the ongoing safety of our service and customers.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization and Toronto Public Health, we have created our COVID-19 Safe Travel Protocols.

Onboard Safety

Our onboard safety protocols include the following steps to ensure a safe passenger experience:

  1. Face masks or wraps are mandatory when riding the bus.

  2. Provide adequate spacing when lining up for, boarding and departing the bus.

  3. When boarding the bus please fill the rear seats first.

  4. When departing the bus please leave the front seats first.

  5. Please follow the posted seating plan.

  6. No consumption of food or drink when riding the bus.

  7. Leave all windows open for sufficient fresh air circulation.

  8. Please follow any company specific site plans.

  9. If you feel ill or have a temperature, runny nose, or persistent cough please do not board the bus.

Daily Shuttle Bus Sanitizing

To prevent the spread of infection, our daily cleaning procedures include a thorough cleaning of the bus' interior surfaces.

We sanitize our vehicles using hospital grade sanitizing wipes to ensure that we are providing the healthiest, safest environment possible. All surfaces are wiped down, with particular attention being paid to common surfaces such as grab bars, door handles, arm rests and seat backs.

On a weekly basis, a more extensive cleaning will be conducted, including the sanitizing of the entire bus with an isopropyl-based spray.

Non-Medical Masks

Mulmer Services Ltd. will provide our drivers with Non-Medical Masks in an effort to add another layer of protection for our staff and passengers.
